DapaPay is a financial technology platform operated by Dapa International Business ("DapaPay", "we", "us", "our"). We provide digital payment services enabling users to send and receive money globally, hold balances in supported currencies, and interact with the DAPA blockchain ecosystem. By registering for and using DapaPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
To use DapaPay you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law in your jurisdiction • Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited • Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process where required By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@dapapay.com if you suspect unauthorised access • Keeping your contact information up to date DapaPay will never ask for your password via email, phone, or support chat.
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and international financial standards, we are required to verify the identity of our users. This may include: • Government-issued photo identification • Proof of address • Selfie or biometric verification • Source of funds documentation for higher transaction volumes Failure to complete verification may limit your access to certain features or result in account suspension.
DapaPay enables you to send money to other users, receive money, hold balances in supported currencies, and purchase DAPA trading Currency. All payments are subject to our fee schedule, displayed before you confirm any transaction. You must ensure recipient details are correct before confirming payment. DapaPay cannot reverse completed payments to incorrect recipients. Payments to unregistered recipients are held for 14 days pending claim. Unclaimed payments are returned to the sender.
DAPA is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency. When purchasing or holding DAPA through DapaPay: • Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may decrease significantly • DapaPay does not guarantee the value of DAPA • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed • You are responsible for the security of your DAPA wallet address
You must not use DapaPay for: • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates AML laws • Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation • Purchasing illegal goods or services • Circumventing sanctions or export controls • Harassing, threatening, or harming other users • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction Violation will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action.
Current fee schedule: • Outgoing payments: 0.5% of transaction amount + £0.10 flat fee • Currency conversion: margin included in exchange rate spread • DAPA purchases: margin included in quoted price All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction. We will provide reasonable notice of fee changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, or if required by law enforcement. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@dapapay.com. Any remaining balance will be returned after deducting applicable fees, subject to legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DapaPay is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Losses arising from cryptocurrency value fluctuations • Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@dapapay.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 15 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK users, and by applicable local law for users in other jurisdictions. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
